Fast delivery, good quality.

I ordered before reading the reviews on here and after reading my heart sank.
However:
Ordered the starter pack on sunday and it arrived today, Wednesday. Just had first shave.
Handle feels premium quality and have to say the quality of the shave is as good as anything ive had.
Reminds me of the old "Dorco," stuff. In fact im sure the blades would actually fit on their handles.
No complaints from me.

Do not use!

Do not use! In four months of using them, only ever received a single shipment. They took the money every month and claimed they sent my order. Looking at the other reviews I can honestly say that this is just a scam.

I would have given Zero

I would have given Zero if that was an option.
Items never arrived aftee 1 month sent a few emails enquiring and never recieved a reply.
Only heard from them once Paypal complaint was escalated.
Recieved email saying order would be sent again and still not received. no answer to any emails.
Stay clear would be my advice.

Two months later, no products

Like many of the recent reviews on here having the same problem. After two years of receiving the balance from there issues I was charged for a box in January and I’m yet to receive any information about when I will receive this box. I have emailed directly to ask but have received 3 automatic emails back, just saying we know you’ve got in touch with us recently and we have not forgotten about you. I have since had to buy products myself from the supermarket, rendering the service pointless. Currently in the process of asking for a refund and will cancel my account because of it, but until it’s clear whatever problems they are having have been resolved properly, I would avoid this company at all costs. I understand there could be product/shipping issues from time to time, but no communication is a deal breaker.

Look at the star rating- stay away

Used this company for a few years and been fine. Had nothing since the December posting and no reply to emails although foolishly I paid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Used to be absolutely top notch but sign up and you’ll currently, regret it. I can only think they are going bust but still taking the money without sending the goods out for as long as they can defraud you.

DSC product is now cheap junk

Here's the problem. DSC was a kick-ass competitor to Gillette for a few years, so Gillette bought them and mucked up the products. I've always preferred twin blade razors because they get to tight places around my face. Well, the Gillette subtle re-designs of the razor handle used cheaper plastic and a blade mechanism that pops the blade off repeatedly while I'm trying to shave. So you have to constantly pick up cartridges to reattach them mid-shave.
End result? I just cancelled by subscription. I'd rather explore other razors and not give Gillette a dime of my money for sabotaging a great product. Don't even bother.

used to be good, don't know whats happened to them

I have been getting monthly boxes from Dollar Shave Club since September but my last box due on 12 January has never arrived. They took payment for this box on the 2nd of January and I have yet to receive it despite being over a month late.
Trying to contact them is useless, emailed them nearly 3 weeks ago, all you get is automated replies saying sorry we haven't helped you yet. Great...
I advise all of you who paid through Paypal to escalate the matter through them to get you your money back. this is what I'm doing. Sorry DSC, but Harry's Club is looking a lot more appealing every day.

They have stopped delivering despite taking money

Used them for a while and was fine. But my most recent order placed over a month ago never arrived. All I get are automated responses to emails.
They still continue to update they socials, so clearly something is going on. I don’t understand why they continue to accept orders that they cannot fulfil.

Very very bad service.

Very very bad service.
I ordered from DSC for multiple years but since last year, their service deteriorated. My last monthly box was ordered on January 7. 19 days later, I decided to contact them because my order never shipped but the payment passed.
They said my products were out of stock and their solution was only to cancel my order. I contacted them to ask... They didn't contact me by themselves to tell me that my products were sold out.
I put my product in my monthly box multiple weeks before shipping date to make sure I get what I want, but they will sell those products anyway until they are sold out.
Overall the service was bad. I had no compensation for this. Too bad, because their products are great.
But the good thing is, now I can use my DSC refund to pay my first box with Harry's. Can't wait!
I do not recommend DSC because the monthly subscription system is not a monthly subscription anymore since you don't receive your orders monthly.

Awful customer services

Products are ok. Customer services are appalling. My last order never arrived and it's impossible to reach anyone in this company. There isn't a way of requesting a refund on the app or their website. This type of service subscription is a good idea but poorly executed. I have requested a refund for the missing box and the closure of my account.
Once the refund arrives, I will edit this post to 2 stars which is just as much as this company deserves.

Avoid like the rona...

Ordered pre-xmas and hadn't received anything by 4th of January. Sent an email on this date and received an automated reply 11 days later with no actual information in it. Can't remove debit card from file, avoid this lot like the rona...

I wish I could give ZERO stars

I wish I could give ZERO stars. They do not deliver what they charged me for a month ago. Not even a tracking #. They do not respond to emails or messenger. What they claim on their site as customer service is FALSE!
